Mmm partly my logic whether my logic be right or not. So I may sound like an idiot after this post if I'm wrong, but hey why not? :P
1. I don't know I can actually see something like this happening. My friends and I had this debate when we were in middle school and it ended up turning into this whole school wide thing, because it was fairly interesting. XD
2. Haha that sounds really nasty first of all. But out of all of them this seems to be the most common. It is obviously more difficult to create something intricate and unusual than /somewhat/ regular.
3. You gave locations which makes it believable. Also if you were to live here for example, it would be extremely believable. I live right by the Rockies so everyone hikes and such. Besides I walk for 12 hours straight if marching band practice counts, so believable for me.
