I am so FUCKING PISSED RIGHT NOW, I do not have the words. I just spent an hour fighting with Yahoo and Delicious. I have been using delicious to bookmark my links EXCLUSIVELY since at least January--because I saved all those Yuletide fics I meant to read in a folder there--and I signed up using a yahoo!ID ( Read more... )

Oh, DAMN.

*hugs* I'm so sorry, is there any way to ask for it or search other emails for the ID? I have to do that periodically... I forget mine too.

I've spent about an hour a half now trying eeeeeeeverything I can think of. :( Delicious tells me to go to yahoo. Yahoo can send me a password reset if I know my account name. If I don't know my account name they can search for an associated email address--the problem is that none of my email addresses are returning any names. I don't even know. I'm so disgusted right now. I might check my old laptop but it's slow and put away and I am ready to throw things across the room now.

ARGH. >_< Just ARGH.

I hate, hate, hate that so much. Hopefully you can figure it out...and if nothing else, you can still have access to delicious right? Even if you have to start a new one to bookmark new links?

Uggghhhh I hate that feeling. :-( I had a yahoo ID that I lost and then I couldn't get yahoo to stop sending me emails. They need to have a better system. Stupid yahoo.

Instructions for viewing saved passwords on Firefox:

Click "Tools" from the top menu and choose "Options". Click the "Security" button at the top, then the "Saved Passwords" button on that panel. Click "Show Passwords" and click "Okay" when it asks you to confirm it. If you have a lot of passwords, you can search via the box at the top of the page (i.e. I would enter "live" if I wanted to look for "livejournal.com", so you'd probably want to enter "del".) If you can't find it that way, just scroll through the whole list and see if you can find it - even if you can't, you may get an idea of what you might have used by looking at the saved passwords for other sites.

Good luck!
