In bed, because one of them rose to make it early to surprise the other.
At the library, because the idea that you wouldn't drink coffee around books or computers or anything else deemed "too good to spill on" is just horrifying. Coffee baptism means a book is beloved.
To my mind, Snape is the consummate coffee drinker. But perhaps that's just my personal fantasy coming out.
