I've nearly finished that scarf I started a while ago.

I quite like how it's turned out. :)

I'm nearly out of yellow yarn, though, so I may have to owl mum for more.

But besides that, does anyone else find it suspicious that all of a sudden several of the Gryffindor boys are ending up in the infirmary?

I don't need it! I just find it convenient that all the Gryffindor boys happened to find themselves hospitalized. Perhaps the Slytherins are planning a massive attack. We should be prepared!

About the boys... I heard that it was the Slytherins doing something to the food.

But I don't really think that most of them are smart enough for that.

I suppose I could make you a pink one, Vati. You'll have to come over and look at my yarns and pick the color, though; I've got about five different shades of pink.

That's what's so weird! How could they target ONLY the foods that the sixth-year Gryffindor boys were eating? That just seems much too difficult for the Slytherins to bother with.

I'll be over, tonight? I'll have to avoid the closet near the portrait of the two monks because that's where Splotchy and his snogging partners go and well, the last time was traumatic enough, thank you very much!

I don't know, then. Do you think they're hexing them somehow, maybe during classes and the professors aren't noticing?

Maybe Firenze or Professor Trelawny could help with this mystery. I'll have to ask them. Too bad they aren't on this vu thing to just ask right away. But you know Professor Trelawny and her inner eye. I'm sure that these computers would affect her sight.

And do watch out for that closet; I've heard that some even less...attractive..people use it for snogging purposes. Quite scary.

I don't know, it just seems so well...timed. I mean, it's like one after another, all perfectly in a row. If it wasn't such a silly idea, I'd say they were doing it to themselves!

I am a bit disappointed that you don't know anything about it, though. I was hoping you would since you know something about almost everything that happens in this school and this whole thing has been bugging me since it started. It's like one big puzzle!
