Oh a whim, I wandered over to eBay (even though I seriously have no money) and I did on a search on that Supernatural doujinshi that had us fangirls going crazy a little while ago

:DDD THAT WAS AWESOME I LOVE YOU. Feel free to write as many as you like based on this idea. It's kickass. Hah, they might have called Sam the 'Boy King', but Dean would be Emperor. Or maybe just LORD AND MASTER OF ALL (but especially Sammy's ass).
Dean: I like the sound of that. Sam: :snorts derisively: Dean: Bitch, did I say you could move? Besides, you love calling me Master. >:3 Sam: Well, er...yeah. :goes back to recline to the huge bed covered in black satin:
Azazel never knew. He could certainly sense the power surrounding those Winchesters boys, but he had thought Sammy was the source of that bright beacon. He never noticed the shadowy soul of his older brother. It was his mistake, paying games with all those so-called special children. And look what happened. They’d all gotten it wrong.
Sam wasn’t the special one; not in the big picture.
He was a General, yes, but he wasn’t the one really destined to lead Hell’s army.
That was for someone older, tougher, a good soldier.
Poor mother Mary carried her eldest boy’s secret to her grave: little Dean; so much more than just a boy. So much more than just a human.
He was destined for great things, for He had chosen the boy. His new vessel, finally making His triumphant return.
His brother would be His General; his right hand.
And He, Lucifer, in his new body, would make them all believe again
