The only reason I think it might be possible is because its near the end of the season and possibly of the show. But you're probably right. Although the WB promo monkeys did show Luke and Lorelai about to kiss way back in season 4 when it actually happened. And I remember when I saw the preview I was like, "Nah, surely not." Even though secretly I was squeeing. : P

I can only imagine. It sounds like something to go find in your journal, well your post for R&R.
I talked with Sarah about the fact that they might be putting things the way they would end them if this is the final season. Which I so hope it's not. But that could be true. So sad if it is.
As shocking as it is, I don't have anything written up about R&R. I made comments about the episodes before it, but I couldn't find anything specifically about that ep. I think I was still falling out of love with Alias at that point (and that week was also the week that the news came out about Alias possibly getting cancelled--until they decided to do the whole come back in January thing). It was later in the summer that I got completely sucked into GG. And from then on all the episode posts. : )
Ahhh the falling out of love with Alias, most of us have been there. I fell back in love last season I have to admit, but then well we all know what happened.
That's funny since you & Sarah were really the reason I started watching. I didn't realize you weren't as into it in S4. But then you've said you've gained more appreciation for S4 in retrospect I believe. So I guess that makes sense.
GO AWAY REED YOU BIG EATER OF PERFECTLY GOOD TV TIME THAT COULD GO TO SOMEONE THAT WE ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT! So what if he's hot...he needs to leave. I'm still thinking about Everwood last night...man, that was season 3 good.
I really didn't like seeing Michael pull that shank on the Pope. Dumb and icky. I didn't like seeing Sara so easily nearly fall off the wagon. That felt hugely dishonest to me.
I did enjoy seeing some desperation coming through for the cons as they are trying so desperately to get out. While I miss some of the smoother mechanics of Michael's plans - I feel that the desperation we're seeing adds a bit of realism here.
