Marc lost consciousness briefly on the ice after being struck in the head. He suffered a concussion from the hit. I hate how people were complaining about how no one retaliated once play started again. Starting a fight in the last 5 minutes would have meant a game misconduct. It's better to have them drop the gloves on the 18th in front of the home crowd. I would have rather have them use the energy to score a goal and force the game into OT. But I wonder if that hit got in their heads. They didn't look all there towards the end.

Do you remember the end of the game after Patrice got hurt? They barely even tried for the puck. We lost that game too and no one even cared because they were so worried for their boy. This was the same thing. Let's just get this over with so we can find out about Marc. Who cares about one game when Marc got hurt? I can't blame them for checking out. We'll beat the Leafs extra, for him.

And I agree with you, they couldn't have had a fight. But no one that bleeds black and gold thinks for one minute that Shawn and Milan both didn't want to go beat the crap out of that asshole. We know it, they know it and the next time we meet up, they can do it. Legally. Because that's how Bruins do it.
