Derek damn near had a perfect game. Six perfect innings, and then just two hits. Anyway, hell of a game. Derek is really on his game, he's doing really well and I'm glad for him. And we're back in a tie for first in the NL West. Yes, at a game below .500, but we're still there. You just wish you were in this division ( Read more... )

Umm.. didn't the Sharks trade Sturm to Boston?

Meaning isn't he like... not "theirs" anymore? He sorta belongs to the Bruins now, right?

Yes, it's a running joke I have with tersa that the Sharks can't have Marco back. I'm not sure how it started, but every time he's mentioned, I have to say that.

I hate it when you run outta room! The very first game I scored, when we were losing lots to the AL, that happened! The Pirates had 9 batters in an early inning and when it was getting close, I texted Alicia and was like "OMG What do I do?!" and she laughed. But I didn't need it then, but then later I needed it for the other team.
