Awhile ago I bought this book on antidepressants. The title is Coming of Age on Zoloft and it's by Katherine Sharpe. I started reading it again today because of what happened this morning and I think I really needed it. I especially agree with the fact that it makes you feel like a part of group and the feeling that you aren't alone and that there are others out there who know how you feel.

That is such a good point! I was so relieved (for the lack of a better word) when I got my diagnosis because I felt finally not alone in it anymore, but failed to explain my relief to other people.

Yeah after I got my diagnosis I did cry but afterwards I was really glad because I finally had a cause to all my issues and it was just a weight off my shoulder.
