Tiny weight gain, but....

It's matched with increased strength exercises, and walking, and dancing. Today I managed 10 pushups on the countertop, which I believe put me at something of a 45ish degree angle. Arms certainly felt the strain, but I didn't overdo it. Steady speed on walking, so all is good there ( Read more... )

Muscle weighs more than fat. As you build muscle, weight will increase a bit. Weight really isn't the best guide...the tape measure is better. It takes time. Hang in. :)
