They are so my guilty pleasure, man. I always figured someday, not today, not tomorrow, but someday, Raph would just snap and blurt out something stupid, because, yeah, Raph. And then Raph would be left trying to figure out what to do, because you can't exactly take those kinds of confessions back, now can you? And April, oh, April. It would be easier if she hadn't hooked up Casey, because then I'd think there was a baseline, like 'you have to be this sane to ride at the carnival,' but with Casey in the picture...not so much.

Oh, that's a fun meme! I don't really know the TMNT canon/fanon at all, but would I be right in assuming that Michelangelo is the lovable manslut of the group? Because heaven knows my Prince collection always makes me think of Gojyo in his "smirky cheesebag charm set to MAXIMUM STUN" mode. XD

Alas, no one ever really gets any in the Turtleverse except maybe in the last Mirage volume I missed, but he does have a cute 'hand holding level' girlfriend or two. But yes. Totally. Think Gojyo with different and lesser emo.

I think if we lived closer we'd spend a lot more time having conversations like the ones I always have with Kevin.

It's probably because I grew up listening to my parents' music (Elton John, Billy Joel, REM, Talking Heads), and I didn't actually start listening to the radio until about 1993.
