Is anyone else suffering from this?

I was just in the bookstore and saw so many gleaming piles of pristine, untouched, crisp new copies of Deathly Hallows that I found myself jealous of all the people yet to buy and read the book (I finished yesterday afternoon, after sobbing my eyes out, just as I did when I read OotP and HBP). I am suffering bookstore!angst but for different reasons - Amazon once again failed to deliver as promised (this has only happened with Harry Potter) leaving me bookless with the charge already posted to my debit card. I, too, anticipate mourning numbers 1-12. I will miss the train, and Hedwig; Hagrid, and quidditch; herbology, and Diagon Alley.

And yes, the Mermaid is Tonks *g*

See, I'm jealous of you, because you have the whole entire book ahead of you !!! I would be livid, though -- Amazon delivered my last three HP pre-orders day-of-release, otherwise I'd have gone apeshit.

And OMG -- she is SO Tonks!! She shall herefore be known as Nymphadora ;)

I do love anticipation. This is only the second time I've ordered HP from Amazon, and in fairness I suspect the first book was stolen from my mailbox.
