I was legally given a very unpleasant high today. Yes, legally. And yes, very unpleasant. No, I didn't go to the dentist's office (although I probably should soon).
I'm talking of the gas spill on this lovely misty/ drizzly day which soaked our entire lot, and managed to make it about a quarter mile to the storm drain. Despite the best efforts

Sorry to hear about the "excitement" at work yesterday. I know giving the person involved in this a nice fine and a little time in front of an unamused judge isn't going to make your ankle or hip feel any better, but at least they didn't get away scott-free.

BTW, it was a pleasure getting to see you at Balticon! Sorry we didn't have more time to hang around and visit. We'll definitely have to see about getting together one of these evenings when you're not at work.

Me, not be at work on an evening? Gasp! It happens so very rarely that my of my family and any guy wishing to date me fairly pounce upon them when they happen. Of course, that's *if* they can get me to wake up. Slept until about 6pm yesterday, since I'd had off. Woke up and most of the aches and pains were quiet. Except the hip. *sigh*. It still hurts in a few days, and I'm going to the doctor's to see how badly I damaged it.
And it would be cool, of course, to hang out one evening. You folks are rather interesting people.
