I feel the exact same way! I had a crappy week at work and then this happened. I literally cried and cried. I guess we saw it coming but it doesn't make it fair.

Everything she confessed to him about her childhood, etc. was quickly summed up in a few minutes. They could have invested in a little more thoughtful story telling throughout the season to show this and not just quickly tell it.

I'm just frustrated and so sad for Daniel. Why does everyone have to lose a loved one on the island?

*hugs* I hear ya! This was one of those come at the worst possible time events. I did a good amount of crying myself. :(

I felt the same way! The more she told about her past, the more doomed to die I knew she was because then we'd be up to speed and there wouldn't be much secrets that she'd have left to reveal.

I don't know. UGH. It makes me so angry; Daniel didn't deserve to lose her! ;_;

I've gone against canon before and I'll do it again! LOL. I have a few ideas for fanfics in which I logically explain how Charlotte is not really dead, I will probably end up writing at least one of them. xD Charladay was quite possibly my all-time favourite ship of any fandom, I loved it that much; and now though it has been shot at with cannons by Darlton, I refuse to let it sink! Hope springs eternal! *waves Charladay flag*

Thanks, hon! *hugs*

right - if Daniel warns young Charlotte never to return to the island, he must have some shred of hope that he can fix this. But, as he knows, you can't change what's already happened. Maybe he acted out of desperation.

I think you're right; I mean, I hope you're right because never bringing back Rebecca Mader as Charlotte would be such a waste since she's a brilliant actress. If we get to see zombie!Boone and zombie!Charlie, and zombie!Ana Lucia then why couldn't we see zombie!Charlotte? LET HER HAVE ONE MOMENT TO TELL DANIEL THAT SHE LOVED HIM, DANGIT.

Always! xD

I know how you feel. The night that I watched the episode, I literally laid in bed for the next hour and stared at the ceiling, just thinking about how sad that episode was. D':

It's blizzardphoenix from dA, by the way. My friend convinced me to make a LJ the other day and I realized you had one, too.

Yeah, I did lots of crying. I was more upset about Charlotte's death than I was about Charlie's, sadly enough, though I think that's likely because Charlotte's death happened right. in. front. of. DANIEL. and he started crying and that just made everything so much worse! *hugs the Daniel*

Hai! I'm glad you joined LJ because now we can chat even more! XD I added you as a friend! :D

I had a dream last night, that I was watching Lost, and after Locke turned the wheel, Charlotte came back to life and Dan was happy (and for some reason the president's husband guy from 24 was there too. ? xD ). But then I woke up. And I realized it was just a dream. ;_;

I wish that dream was true!!! I still think Daniel's going to be able to change time and fix everything, even if he has to go against the laws of nature to do it! He'll bring Charlotte back, you'll see! *denial*
