I have only four icons of shininess today, but I have a statement: I want to improve as an icon-maker; I would appreciate people asking me to do things of an iconish sort so that I may improve! (Only nothing too important to mess up, please. ^^;; I'm not good yet.)

I can try. Anything in particular you're thinking of? Because a person (even a single character acted by that person) is a very large category.

::will have to look for screencaps, and lots of stuff, and isn't even a Malfoy fan so lacks brilliant ideas::

ermm.... IDK! anything malfoy.... say... malfoy biting into an apple :-P and then make up some text like "you know you wanna be this apple" or something..... hahaa im not very creative

The lj cut text reminds me of My Fair Lady, but that's probably not right.

It's actually from Terry Pratchett, and I replaced a different noun with "icon". ::being deliberately vague in case anyone else intends to try:: But yes, it was that kind of accent being imitated.

Ooh. Um. Last week when I started replanning my NaNo '06, I wrote this nifty little paragraph:

"Claire will stop sighing so much. She, Alicia, and Harrison will have a lot more to do. Lars will not fill the "save everyone" fcn function. Garret will pretty much stay the same. Burns will not have a "trademark" ANYTHING. There will be 110% less padding. And the plot will be like a million, zillion times better."

And then I thought what a great icon it would make, just text only, animated with one frame for each sentence. Only I had no animating software and was thus stopped dead in my tracks.

But if you could make a very plain animated icon of that paragraph (perhaps with NaNo 2006: Rewrite at the front), I would be a very happy Skye. :)

Two questions: color and font.

What color do you want the background of the icon to be? And the text?

What font should I use? I have conveniently made a small display of fonts I'd be willing to do.
