At the Alumni Dinner tonight, I was sitting with the parents at a table at the very edge of the big giant tent.  Not being the happiest in social situations, I was looking out through the sides of the tent instead of looking at the other people there. >.>;;  Well, suddenly I saw a flash of orange and black come tumbling from the sky and flutter

Er... you mean, what the big giant tent is? Basically they didn't have enough large spaces inside buildings or something, so they got big giant tents to have the different classes' dinners in. Does that make it clearer? =\

And I wanted to say that I enjoyed reading this entry: it had a narrative quality I could dig into (as in a first person novel). Especially that last line. I'll trust, too. ;) Kudos. :)
