Well, just so you know, that meme isn't too real I think. How is it supposed to work?

As for the idiot guy in your team, next time he makes puppy eyes tell him to stop it with the look, because it isn't working, nor does it cover up the fact that he has done little to no work.

At least, that's what I would do. I have little patience for that type of thing. ^^;;;

I feel a little terrible but also okay that I blasted him during the peer evaluation. I totally did not appreciate being made to feel as I'm an uncontributing member of the group when he was hardly a stellar example!
