Chapter 1

“You’re getting married,” he said in a sort of bemused voice. “In four weeks.”

“I thought you knew? That Luke had told you ages ago,” she returned.

“He did, you’re right. I guess I just never thought you would be getting married so soon, so young. I mean you’ll only be graduated from Yale for two weeks and you’ll be getting married.

“I always assumed you would be heading out into the world to make a name for yourself before you would get married, settle down, have kids. Become a trophy wife,” he finished with a mutter.

“Oh my goodness,” she laughed, choosing to ignore the last bit. “We’re not settling down right away and kids aren’t on the agenda for five or six years. I’m only twenty-two, Logan’s only twenty-four. We’re not planning on having a family right away. Not at all.

“In fact, let me write down a web address and in a couple of months start checking there, you’ll know what we’re up to then.”

“I don’t know,” he answered in a voice dripping with skepticism. “I’m pretty sure I don’t want to see the lifestyles of the rich and famous staring Logan and Rory Huntzberger.”

“That’s not at all what we’ll be doing,” she defended. “Look I don’t want to talk about it right now, just check there in a couple of months and I promise you you’ll be pleasantly surprised.”

“Somehow I doubt it,” he replied, the skepticism still there. “Rory I know I have no right to say this, but someone has to and no one seems to be willing to do it, so I guess I will. I mean even Luke has drunk the Logan Huntzberger happy juice. I expect that from your grandparents, they’re probably jumping for joy, and your mom just wants you to be happy, but this isn’t you.

“Look at the clothes you’re wearing, the big wedding you’re planning. The guy you’re marrying that’s an absolute jackass. Why are you doing this? He’s already cheated on you! You’re going to be miserable in a few years.”

Rory sat for a few moments in stunned silence, never having anticipated this when she had agreed to come to Weston’s today. The last year or so, really with the exception of the breakup and the period between Honor’s wedding and his accident, had been the happiest of her life. Even with Logan gone for much of it. His having to leave had ended up being an opportunity for them to learn about their depth of commitment to one another, how to really communicate and talk, since they couldn’t do anything else, and truly enjoy being together when they actually had the chance to be in the same place at the same time.

“Look Jess,” she began with a sigh. When I agreed to meet you today it wasn’t so you could critique my life choices. I thought it was because you were happy for me, I was obviously wrong. The only time you met Logan was probably the worst time in his life, the pressure that his family has put on him as the heir apparent was really pressing down on him and he used the fact that for the first time in his life he was jealous of someone combined with the other stuff to allow him to give the worst impression of him that is possible.

“Just for the record, since I did bring it up to you when I saw you in Philadelphia, he didn’t cheat on me, something I’ve come to realize. He just fell back into his old lifestyle when we broke up, which yes meant he slept with other girls. And yes that did hurt. But it’s what I’ve come to see is part of the reason I’m as happy as I am now is because without me he hit rock bottom.

“He realized that his old lifestyle was completely empty. That what we had wasn’t anything like what he’d had with anyone before. He had known that, but not having us anymore made him appreciate it. Made him realize he loves me. I’ve come to terms with the fact that maybe he had to go through all that for us to be as happy as we are now. I would have liked it had we not had to. But if that led us here, then I’m at peace with it.

“And he had to try to see if he could do what his father wants him to do. Go to London this past year. To see if he could be the person they all think he has to be. He is good at it. He’s an amazing writer. Doing what his family wanted him to do has led him to the venture we’re starting together.

“I know you think you’re being a friend, trying to save me from something, but you’re not. Jess we had our chance, and you left. I told you then I might have been able to love you, and it took me a long time to get over you. Being abandoned hurts. Especially when it happens right when you feel like you’re on the cusp of something special. Even when you’re so young, maybe especially when you’re so young. And then you kept coming back and turning my world upside down every so often. Reopening the wounds just as they were starting to heal.

“But I’m not that girl anymore. I haven’t been for a long time. And I think you’ve convinced yourself that you love me. But you don’t, you love the idea of who you remember, not the person that had to move on with her life, grew up and changed.

“I’ve made my share of stupid mistakes, most because I was desperate for someone to love me and not willing to be patient. I thought all my chances had been lost, that everyone would always leave me. At nineteen. How pathetic is that?

“But Logan’s not a mistake. We’ve been through good and bad together. We’ve grown and changed together. We’ve built a life together even while he’s been on the other side of the Atlantic for most of this last year.

“With him I’ve learned what real love is. It’s putting up with the stuff that annoys you about the other person, even while reveling in the stuff you enjoy. It means sticking together when times get rough. Being a better person because you know the other.

“Real love isn’t about hearts and flowers, though that stuff is nice and yes he has a tendency to shower me with gifts. But the little notes he leaves hidden around our apartment when he’s there and I find randomly after he leaves mean more to me than all the things he’s bought me. A random email to wish me the best on a test he knows is up coming. Or making sure I have dinner delivered when he knows I’m working on a huge paper and I have a tendency to forget to eat. Those things, which take forethought, but don’t cost a lot, mean more to me than all the diamonds he’s given me.

“It’s not about soul mates, it’s about finding and seizing your moment if it’s given to you, holding tight and working to make it last. Love isn’t always easy; it’s a lot of work. But the reward is worth it in the end.

“And what is wrong with what I’m wearing?” she finished with exasperation looking down at the silk screened knee length a-line skirt with a cartoonish print of ladies shopping on it paired with a t-shirt and a robin egg blue cardigan, finished off with leather flip flops, she was currently wearing.

Jess sat in stunned silence, she was right about one thing, he had thought he was doing her a favor. The only person that would tell her the truth, and she wouldn’t listen to him. “Rory, I don’t know what to…” he trailed off as a familiar blonde figure came through the door.

“Ace,” Logan called out as he entered the bakery.

“Logan,” Rory answered as her eyes lit up and she whirled around and launched herself toward him. “You’re back a day early!”

“Yes I am, I finished up early and decided to surprise my girl,” he laughed his speech trailing off as he captured Rory’s upturned lips in a kiss. “I’ve missed you Ace,” he murmured against her lips as he pulled back a little. A bakery with a huge plate glass window overlooking the town square of Stars Hollow wasn’t exactly conducive to the type of greeting he had wanted to give her after seven weeks of not seeing one another, but a semi passionate kiss would have to do till they got a bit more privacy.

“I’m glad you’re back early,” she smiled into his lips, giving him little kisses as she whispered her greeting. “I’ve missed you. A lot.”

“I’ve missed you too, much more than I can show you here,” he answered with a twinkle in his eyes and a squeeze of his arms, which encircled her.

“Lorelai told me where I could find you. I assume that’s ok?”

“OK,” Rory laughed, “it’s more than ok, it’s wonderful. Can you join us?” she gestured to the table she had been sitting at with Jess. The situation made her slightly nervous, the two of them hadn’t met since the initial debacle she had just been discussing with Jess.

“No, I think I’m going to go bug Luke for a cheeseburger,” he declined. “I’m starving. Plus it looks like you’ve only eaten about half your pie. I know it’s dangerous to come between a Gilmore woman and any foodstuffs. Finish, I’m not going anywhere.”

“OK, I shouldn’t be all that long,” she smiled up at him.

“Jess,” Logan finally acknowledged Rory’s tablemate. Turning her to where he could wrap his left arm around her shoulders. “It’s good to see you again. Especially as I’m not quite as determined to make an absolute ass of myself today as I was the last time we met.”

“Logan,” Jess answered as he stood to greet Rory’s fiancée. “Congratulations.”

“Thank you,” Logan answered with an outstretched hand. “I will admit to being the most fortunate of men,” he finished with a squeeze of Rory’s shoulders and a peck on her cheek.

“Look let me get out of your hair and so you can get back to whatever it was the two of you were discussing. I just wanted to let Rory know I’m here so she won’t tarry too long.”

“You’ll be at Luke’s?”

“Or at the Dragonfly likely having another argument with your mom about charging me for our room. She seems to think me being her future son-in-law means she has to comp our room. I told her that’s no way to run a business.

“I’ll see you in a bit,” he said as he left her with a squeeze and another brush of his lips across hers.

Rory’s eyes followed Logan’s figure as he walked across the town square toward Luke’s a smile spread across her face.

“He’s totally different,” Jess said after a minute of watching her stare after her fiancée.

“I told you he’s a great guy,” Rory smiled as she turned back toward Jess as Logan’s figure disappeared through the door of the diner. “I wouldn’t have fallen for him otherwise. I certainly wouldn’t be marrying him.”

“Hey Luke,” Logan called out as he settled down onto one of the counter stools.

“Logan!” Luke answered in stunned surprise, moving around the counter to shake Logan’s hand in greeting. “What are you doing here?” he was a little worried since Jess was currently at Weston’s with Rory.

“I’ve come to be nourished with one of your famed cheeseburgers, I’m starving.”

“OK, one cheeseburger coming up, do you want fries with that?”

“Sure.”

“Caesar, cheeseburger and fries,” Luke called out to his cook in the kitchen.

“That’s Logan Huntzberger,” Babette could be heard saying in a loud whisper to Miss Patty from the table they were sitting at by the door. “Rory’s fiancée.”

“I know,” Patty responded. “I just haven’t ever had a chance to meet him.”

“So how have you been?” Logan asked when Luke turned back around. “Your daughter, your family? I saw Jess, he’s your nephew right, just now with Rory.”

“Oh yes, he’s my nephew,” Luke answered, relieved that he wasn’t going to have to cover for Rory. “He’s here for a few days getting to know his new sister.

“I’m pretty good. New niece, April is well.”

“Well that sounds good. And Lorelai?” Logan went where he knew he probably shouldn’t, but he couldn’t help himself.

“Things are better,” Luke answered uncomfortably. “I just, I don’t know if they can ever…”

“I know I shouldn’t be doing this,” Logan butted into Luke’s awkward explanation. “But I’m going to give you some advice from someone that’s been where Lorelai is. It’s not easy to admit a mistake and ask for forgiveness, but I’m a better and happier person because I did. I screwed up and almost lost the best thing that will ever happen to me.

“If you want to be with Lorelai, if you love her like I suspect you probably do, you’re going to have to swallow your pride and forgive her. And maybe things won’t be the same; maybe you’re right they never can be. But you won’t know till you try. And if you don’t it will eventually eat you up inside.”

“I know you mean well…”

“She’s my fiancée’s mother, I want her to be happy,” Logan answered bluntly, with a smile as Luke gave him his food. “She’s family, so I’m butting in somewhere that I know I shouldn’t.

“Just think about what I said,” he finished as he was putting condiments and vegetables on his burger.

“OK I will,” Luke, answered with a sigh. “Did you want some coffee, soda?

“Actually do you have ice tea? That would be great.”

“Ohhh I got here just in time to swipe a few bites,” Rory said brushing her fingers across Logan’s back as she sat down next to him at the counter.

“Rory honey, come here,” Babette called out.

“Babette, Miss Patty, how are you?” Rory smiled in greeting. “Babette I know you’ve met Logan before, but have you Miss Patty?”

“No honey, I haven’t,” Miss Patty replied with a knowing smile, as she looked Logan up and down. “Oh you are a handsome one. You treat our Rory right.”

“Well I hope I never don’t treat her well. I’m a lucky man I have to say,” Logan smiled.

“Oh and charming as well,” Patty continued, clearly impressed.

“Always charmin’,” Babette agreed.

“Ladies please excuse us, Logan has food waiting for him I believe. And if we don’t get back to it I can’t steal any from him,” Rory excused them.

“He’s a keeper, that Logan,” Babette said as she turned back to Patty. Then continued in a loud whisper, “he’s even won over Lorelai.”

“Do you want your own, you can’t have mine. I told you I’m starving.”

“Please,” she begged with a pout. “I don’t want a lot, just a couple of bites.”

“Babe, I’ve seen you eat remember,” Logan laughed at her cajoling. “This isn’t virgin territory for me.

“Here, I’ll cut you off a quarter of it, and I’ll get Luke to have one delivered about eight o’clock to our room at the Dragonfly. Would that be feasible?” he looked to Luke who had been watching them with an amused look on his face.

“Yeah, I think I can manage that,” Luke agreed.

“Great, then could I have the pot roast, mashed potatoes and whatever green vegetable you’re serving tonight as well. And add in a couple, no make that half a blueberry and half a cherry pie as well,” he finished with a laugh as he looked over at Rory whose eyes had lit up at the thought of an entire pie.

“That’s a lot of red meat,” Luke pointed out.

“The meatloaf is excellent,” Kirk butted in from where he was sitting further down the counter.

“I don’t think too much red meat is going to kill me just this once,” Logan answered Luke as he looked over at Kirk to see who had just spoken.

“Don’t forget the ice-cream,” Rory added.

“I need your metabolism,” he groused as he went back to eating his cheeseburger while Rory stole his fries.

“I’m so glad you’re here,” Rory said in a singsong voice as they walked hand in hand back across the town square heading toward the Dragonfly. “I’ve missed you!”

“It’s good to be missed,” he returned with a smile and a light kiss on the lips. “I missed you too. Phone sex and web cams can only sustain a person for so long. I’m in desperate need of some true sustenance in the form of you.”

“Mmmm, yes I would have to agree,” she smiled as she stepped in front of him hooking an arm around his neck and leaned in for their first real kiss since he had walked into Weston’s. Tongues met, dueling not for primacy, but just for the pleasure of it. Teeth grazed and nipped at lips, as they each seemed to be trying to consume the other. Fingers seeking bare flesh.

“I really missed you,” she breathed as she pulled her bottom lip under her teeth enjoying the lingering taste of him, while leaning her forehead into his.

“I missed you too Ace,” he whispered back. “More than I ever thought it was possible to miss another person. This really has sucked.”

“Well we never have to be separated for that long ever again, I can’t wait to show you everything I’ve done since the last time we saw each other.”

“I can’t wait either,” he agreed. “Actually I can, till after we get a proper greeting out of the way, speaking of which why don’t we pick up the pace and quit giving the town a floorshow?”

“I agree,” she smiled back, grabbed his hand and started walking toward the inn again at a brisker pace than they had been strolling before.

“So what were you and Luke talking about when I got to the diner? You seemed deep in conversation.”

“Well I don’t know if I should tell you, it was manly talk after all. We must have some secrets.”

“Logan, come on, tell me.”

“It was about Lorelai,” he admitted with reservation.

“My mom?” she asked in surprise.

“Do you know any other Lorelais’?”

“Well yeah, me,” she laughed.

“Ok true, but when was the last time I ever referred to you as Lorelai?”

“Pretty much never.”

“Exactly, so yes I was talking to Luke about your mom.”

“Why?” she asked a bit nervous. “I can’t even talk to him about her. It took me a while to just get up the courage to go back to the diner.”

“Because I know what it’s like to be her, to screw up, and to need the person you love to forgive you.

“I got lucky with you, you forgave me,” he explained. “And though it took a while, you did get beyond it. Otherwise we wouldn’t be together now and certainly wouldn’t be counting down to our wedding.

“I know it’s not easy to forgive someone, but I also know that when she did what she did she was in pain. She didn’t mean to hurt Luke, not directly. Your dad was there and that made it easier, but she was just trying to find some sympathy and comfort.”

“I know, I mean she’s better, but she’s not happy. Not really. She’s not gotten back her sparkle.”

“I know, especially after talking to her today, I know,” he admitted. And while I know she’s excited for our plans and for us she’s a little freaked out.

“We’re leaving, won’t be back for six or seven months. You’re her best friend and her closest family. And while this won’t be like when you dropped out of Yale and things were bad between the two of you, it won’t be easy, you won’t be around for her to just call and chat with. Or thirty minutes away so you can come home just to see her or have lunch.

“I want her to be happy. Partially just because she doesn’t have her sparkle, as you say, back, but also because I know it will give you peace of mind knowing you don’t have to worry about her while we’re gone.”

“Logan, I think this is the sweetest thing you’ve ever done,” she said with tears in her eyes, stopping as they had gotten to the driveway of the inn and she didn’t want to have this conversation anywhere near her mother.

“You’re right, as excited as I am about our plans, I would feel better, more at peace, if I knew she was happy. Somehow it doesn’t seem right to be as happy as we are when I know she’s not.

“I think that’s why I loved when we went to the Vineyard for Valentine’s last year, we were all so happy then. I love you,” she finished as she reached in for a kiss.

“I love you too Ace, and my greatest reward is your smile,” he replied as he brushed away a tear that had escaped.

“I hope he listened to you.”

“I do too. But could we discuss this later, we’re almost there,” he cajoled with a Cheshire smile and an eyebrow toss.

“OK so I have you set up in room four since the honeymoon suite is out of the question till the wedding night apparently. You know he’s very bossy, your fiancée,” Lorelai quipped.

“I know, but it’s not a bad thing,” Rory agreed. “It can lead to really great things in the…”

“OK stop right there,” Lorelai said with a raised hand. “I love that we have the best parent/child relationship on the planet, but I’m still not sure I want to know about the details of how Logan likes to play ‘secretary’ with you. The naughty bits can be left out.”

“I wasn’t talking about our sex life,” Rory denied with a teasing smile. “Wonderful though it is.”

“Sure you weren’t kid,” Lorelai replied sarcasm dripping in her voice. “Not really believing you here.

“Ok so here’s your key, Logan your bags are upstairs already, and Rory I packed a little something for you as well that’s already up there.”

“Did you go back to the house and get stuff for me?”

“Nope, I’m a boy scout, I brought it with me this morning, I knew he was getting here early,” Lorelai relayed with a satisfied look on her face.

“Thank you Lorelai,” Logan replied as he took the key and paperwork from her.

“Yes, I tried to put you out in the honeymoon suite so no one would be able to hear you two, so I wouldn’t be scarred for life if the two of you decide to reenact Tommy and Pamela’s honeymoon or have Michel relaying every noise that comes out of the room. But no, Logan only wants the honeymoon suite for the actual wedding night, so you’re inside.

“Don’t be too loud,” she called after them as they walked up the stairs arm wrapped around one another. “If you are I’m not above going Norman Bates on your ass. At the least I’m kicking you out and making you find somewhere else to make up for lost time.”

“…will be back middle of the week so Hep Alien can play at my graduat…oh God,” she groaned as their pubic bones collided and he hit just the right spot inside her.

“No ‘oh Godding’ keep talking,” Logan smiled as he reached down to capture a nipple in his teeth. “Lane’s getting back,” he mumbled around the mouth full of breast he was currently exploring.

“They’ll be back and are playing at my graduation party, well the one my mom and dad are throwing at least. My grandparents are having a cocktail party as well, at the apartment,” she finished with a grunt and a very furrowed brow from trying to concentrate on talking while he was doing lovely things to her body that she really wanted to focus on.

“Well Emily and Richard are very proud of you, so they have to get a chance to show you off, revel in your success. Summa Cum Laude, that’s damn impressive Ace I have to say. I’m pretty proud of you myself.”

“Yes, proud,” she squeaked out as he shifted her hips slightly changing his angle and increasing the friction between them.

“Where exactly did you read about this? I’m not really buying this whole increased pleasure by focusing on something else.”

“I read about it in…” he trailed off as she had had enough of his little game. Capturing his lips and increasing what had been the leisurely pace he had set.

“Actually we don’t have to get to a wireless connection or hot spot,” Rory explained as she tapped on the keyboard of the laptop in front of her. “We have satellite wireless, so we’ll always be connected no matter how far outside of civilization we are at the time.

“Oh well that’s very cool, and convenient,” he answered back from where he had his chin resting on her shoulder.

“Yup, pretty cool. I got two hand held digital cameras and then two that take still photos. One of them looks like an old thirty-five mil camera with interchangeable lenses and such, but it’s digital as well. I just thought we should have something that would take a wider angle shot.”

“Good idea,” he agreed. “But don’t regular digital cameras have the ability to make moving pictures, or films or whatever the hell you want to call them? I know mine does.”

“Yeah, and I considered that, but the quality of their ability to make moving images isn’t very good, and their memory cards aren’t large enough to do what we want to do, not without having to do a lot of ditching of footage through a day instead of taking all the shots we want and then editing at the end of the day.

“OK, so you looked into it I guess,” he laughed at the end of her soliloquy. “Do you know anything about still photography?”

“I took a class about photo journalism my freshman year, but that’s about it,” she admitted. “I have a feeling this isn’t going to be a forte of ours.

“What about you?”

“I think I took that same class my sophomore year, that’s about the extent of my knowledge as well. Maybe we’ll just find out one of us has a knack or eye for it. We could get lucky.”

“That’s true, which would be nice,” she agreed.

“Anyway, you just connect via the USB ports, as you already know, upload the data file to the hard drive, then get into the file manager of the site and upload everything there.”

“Do you know basic HTML?” she asked.

“Not really, but I’ve been learning through a children’s website recently,” he answered. “I think once you teach me exactly what it is we have to do I’ll be fine.”

“I’m sure you will, I was totally intimidated when I went to Rob and asked him help us out. But he was really nice and walked me through everything. I’ve even loaded some footage onto the server, which worked, it was there, the whole site was just offline at the time so no one could see what was there.”

“Well you did a wonderful job, as did Rob. It looks great,” he said as he kissed her shoulder. “I’m really proud of you Ace.”

“I’m pretty proud of myself. I’m so excited about this Logan; it’s not even funny. I’ve been driving Mom insane lately because she’s one of the few people that I can talk to about it, so I’ve been talking her ear off.”

“Well she owes you for all the years of you having to listen to her babble about stuff,” he laughed.

“This is true,” Rory agreed.

“I’m just…wow, we’re really going to do this,” he said with a hint of wonder in his voice.

“Yeah, we really are,” she smiled back.

“It’s just not four months ago this was just an idea we were talking about on the phone, nothing real,” he explained. “And now we’ve got the hardware and the website, now all we have to do is find a story we want to tell first.”

“Well I’ve been reading about how baby girls have been left on roadsides in India frequently lately,” Rory suggested. “We’re going to the Seychelles for our honeymoon, that’s not very far.”

“That’s a good idea,” Logan agreed. “I’ve been reading some really interesting stuff about deforestation on Kilimanjaro recently.”

“Oh that sounds cool too. We could do both. We’ll be in that general part of the world on the honeymoon.”

“Yeah we could, there was one other story I was really wanting to cover,” he interjected. “Did you know that there are more per captia billionaires in Mexico than the US?”

“What?” she gasped surprised. “No way.”

“Yeah there are,” he nodded. “But there’s no middle class. Mexico has one of the most perfect oligarchic systems on the planet. Capitol only available to a very few super rich and the rest of the country is dirt poor.

“It’s amazing to me that a third world country sits right to the south of us,” he finished.

“That is amazing. No wonder we have such an immigration problem.”

“That’s just it,” he agreed. “That’s the untold side of the immigration debate that’s been roiling the country for the last couple of years. Why these people are so desperate to get here. There’s nothing for them at home, and no education either. So if you’re born into the underclass you have nowhere to go. No opportunity at all. No wonder they’re willing to risk their lives and being on the wrong side of the law to have a decent job, even if it’s one Americans don’t consider descent. Or for a substandard wage. It’s better than what they have there.

“And that’s a long term story we can tell, which is what we were wanting to do,” he continued. “We could do a couple of months in India, a month or so in Tanzania, throw in some time to do a bit of animal spotting in the Serengeti, and then a couple of months before we have to come back home and face the music in Mexico.”

“Well Huntzberger, that sounds like a plan,” she grinned over her shoulder at him.

“I think you’re right Ace, it does,” he grinned back as he leaned in to seal their plans with a kiss.

“Umm,” he said rather gruffly, “do you think we can clear all this stuff off? I have other plans for us right now.”

“And what plans would those be?” she asked, trying to be coy.

“I think you know,” he whispered as he set the laptop on the floor and pulled her hips toward him.

“I think you’ve earned the right to eat a few carbs,” she reasoned as she ate her burger while also indulging in the pie that Luke had sent over for them.

“I think I’m going to be the size of a house about a year into marriage if I try to keep up with you,” he laughed. “Hopefully our kids will inherit the Gilmore metabolism.”

“I seriously doubt you’re going to gain weight, we’ve got an ambitious agenda planned. But yes I do also hope our kids get my metabolism as it’s a thing of beauty.”

“God this pot roast is good. And have you tried the blueberry pie?” he asked as he dropped a bit of it on her exposed breast which was closest to him. “It’s even better this way.”

“I’m going to be sticky,” she protested as she swatted at him as he reached down to lick off what he had dropped on her.

“Mmmm, yeah but that’s what baths are for. To get clean after you get dirty,” he reasoned mischievously as he dropped another bit of pie on Rory’s shoulder.

“Oh speaking of that, I’ll be right back. Hold that thought,” she said as she got out of bed.

“Oh man, must you tempt me,” he groaned at her naked figure as she bent over and rummaged through the bag Lorelai had put together for her.

“What did I do, I’m just looking for something,” she said in a confused voice looking back over her shoulder.

“I haven’t seen you for weeks and you bend over with your beautiful naked backside pointing up tempting me.”

“So I have a good ass?” Rory laughed.

“Yeah Ace, the best.”

“Better than J.Lo?” she probed with her hand on her hip.

“Way better than J.Lo., ” he agreed as he got out of the bed. “She's so three years ago anyway, it's better than Jessica Alba's even.

"OK I can’t take this anymore. Need you again, now.”

“But there’s food all over the bed,” she protested.

“And we’ll get back to it, but I don’t need a bed to have my best girl,” he said as he nipped and kissed at her neck as he moved her toward one of the chairs by the fireplace.

“You’re insatiable.”

“You know it,” he smiled as his hand connected with her much admired backside.

TBCOn a different note,
