Haven't updated in forever, mostly because I had very little to say.  Work's going well, though I see a lot of things I wish I'd done differently this semester.  I'm willing to chalk them up to new professor mistakes and move on.  It's little things like not pestering students who stop coming to class or turning in assignments.  On the one hand, I
