Toasty doesn't have much understanding of politics or economics, so I can't really say whether he agrees with his views or not. Before, he tended to blame whoever was in power for Rapture's problems, Ryan included.
Now that he knows him more as a person, he has more respect for him, especially when he sees him interacting with Jack and trying to be a dad. Still, there's some resentment about the lack of regulation Ryan wanted, which helped lead to his ADAM addiction and deformities. Either way, he likes him way more than he likes Fontaine, and it's not just because of the pheremones he pumped out into the air.

Breadwinner is Toasty's splicer bro. The kind of guy who'd throw you a bachelor party or try and save you from an angry big sister. Toasty appreciates having a friend who understands the whole splicer thing, although sometimes he resents Bread for consuming ADAM and offering him some, because he's trying to quit. Still, they're best bros, and he's someone Toasty sees as an equal, which is rare for him.

Toasty love Delta. He was the one big daddy that helped him to realize that there really are people under those suits. He often feels guilty when Delta gives his time and energy to protect him, especially when it affects his health, but when he gets himself into bad situations he forgets this and relies on Delta for help anyway. Sometimes he has to remind himself that Delta isn't indestructible.
He's one of the few people Toasty feels completely comfortable around- he won't try to take advantage of him or hurt him, and he has no ulterior motives unlike many of the other people.

(This is excluding Mirror-Delta, of course ono)

Toasty used to be absolutely terrified of Gil- and for good reason. He still has a few stomach-acid burn scars...

But now that he's stopped trying to gobble him up, Toasty has grown to like Gil. He's still fairly wary around him, but now feels like he can rely on him for help if he really needs protecting and Delta's not around, even if it's just letting Gil curl up around him.

Still, he has to keep in mind that, because of all the ADAM, Gil is technically crazy, and probably has more dramatic mood changes than a typical splicer, so he's gonna keep an eye out just in case.

Toasty tends to dislike Tenny because she often overreacts when he says or does something stupid, and because of how close she is to Fontaine. Still, he will help her if she really needs it, and admires the work she's done to help Jack, Delta, and the little sisters.
He often says teasing or mean things to her or about her because he's a bit sore about being used for that one experiment (the one with the 16 year old girl being the result), but he really doesn't have much against her other than that.
Er, except when she tortures him, but everyone does that.
