Yes, I'm a dork.
I actually made skins for a music player almost no one is even using anymore.

Anyway, I used to make these a lot.... YEARS ago. Mainly back in 2002/03. Last time a series messed with my brain so much that I felt like making a skin for it was Fullmetal Alchemist. Back in 2004. So, sadly... my skills are all gone ._.

lmao XDDD you know... I've always wondered if there's a KSB-Skin for Winamp. Well, many, many thanks I'd say :D it's been time for a new skin after using the same default-stuff for almost 8 years now *hurr*

But be warned, I only skin the parts that I personally use... so there are quite a few buttons + equalizer missing. But well, the images are more important than the buttons :3
Originally I had planned to make a third skin with a fully functionable equalizer, but my motivation left me inbetween and I remembered why I had stopped making these to begin with: It's a whole shitload of work ~.~

That doesn't matter at all ^^ I don't use the equalizer anyway lol so I've always been kinda annoyed by skins that only look good when everything's opened --' all I need is the main window + playlist hehe

Already looking forward to seeing those skins in action :D

btw I didn't know that winamp users are a dying species o_o always thought that player's kinda popular...

Well, you DO need the equalizer open, because with the second skin most of the pic is on the equalizer window :p The equalizer just isn't working, haha. But well... I don't know if the color of that skin is to your taste anyway :3

From what I can gather Itunes is used more commonly now. Just because you need to organize your music with that thing anyway (if you have an ipod, that is)... so might as well use it as a music player, too.
But I dunno... just my experience. It's still a popular player... for everyone who doesn't own anything starting on an 'I'... XD And since there's also a 'modern' version of Winamp, I don't know how many people are actually still using the Classic version.

Yeah, I used to make these a long loooong time ago XD Inbetween I've had two (or three, or four...?) different computers and in the end only very few of them stayed with me.
This, this and this.
My taste has changed inbetween (most of my other skins were quite... 'unique' in taste, lol). I had a homepage, but I don't even know if it's still online (and I even forgot its name... >.<)
I don't think I'll ever get back to seriously skinning; the time for that just seems over... but maybe once in a while...? When I see a pic that I deem skin-worthy :3
