Yeah, I'm sure an exorcism or something would be involved.
Or is that just possession?

Anyway, whatever you do to get rid of ghosts, I'm sure he would after he got annoyed. Alas. Then I'd have to go haunt someone else.

I have no idea. He could put a ring of salt around the house to keep you out -- isn't that what they do in the movies?
