In my Jane Austen and Film class, we had a discussion on the changing roles on women. Some boys got into a rather heated discussion about the role of women’s clothing. Hello! I'm new to this and I friended before asking... I hope you don't mind! (If you do, just let me know.) Wonderful post, by the way. I hate classes like that - all the things I want to say just seem to choke me. And when it's over I try to forget instead of writing about it because reliving it upsets me too much. I'm glad there are people like you who will write about it.

I know what you mean. I rarely say what I want to then- I go home and make LJ posts about it. :) It just seems like petty arguing and anything you say will fall upon deaf ears.
