I think at some point, we look up to the sky and realise how tiny a speck we are in the massive universe. And we fill up with the desire to not simply be...

It's such a huge dream to be able to be remembered for all time. To die and yet still be on the lips of so many, our names resounding with such fervour.

I imagine sometimes that if death is like a dreamless sleep, then I will never know when I'm actually dead. It'll just happen. It may be painful but when it's all over, we don't exactly have the chance to say "at least it's done with now".

Very nice analysis -- you should write a book, lol. In response, I agree with you. When you take time to think about everything, everyone is just a small speck on the windshield of life. ;-)

We should just start killing ourselves now.

i dont really have any updates recently so i have no idea how things are with you and him. the question id ask you is this: will your call to him impact you in a negative way? generally speaking, it's pretty standard to call your friend on his/her bday and wish them a happy one and all that shit. however, if its going to result in bad shit for you emotionally, ,i'd avoid it entirely.

I didn't call, I decided I'd do what I do with all of my friends on their birthdays, I sent a text and he replied saying "Thank you Brent -- love you." I left it at that. There's no real update, we're just cools with each other at this point.

Anyway, how is it being MIA?
