1st mile was completed in 7:47, 2nd mile completed in 7:22.
All in all, I'll average it up just over 7:30 per mile. Which is kinda where I figured. The first mile was a bit slower, but I expected that. The 1st mile runs from the main road to the lake and is slightly uphill the whole way until maybe the last 100 ft or so. Back is, oviously, mostly downhill (with the, again, obvious exception of what would then be the beginning), but it was the 2nd. I'm glad it wasn't slower than that though, it means I can keep that pace up for a short ways :)
Didn't do all crunches and pushups between cause I didn't want to spend to much time mid run on them. Only did 75 crunches and 20 pushups, which is better than nothing. Will do more later.
ALSO****** I found when I was doing crunches I had a tendency to lift my feet slightly off the floor when I came up. You know what finxed that? And 8 lb medicine ball between the ankles. Would you rather keep your feet on the freakin ground or hoist an extra 8 lbs? Yeah. My feet stayed put. haha
