*Xander has yet to notice Jilles network post, but he is wandering about Secare. And watching people, which may seem a bit odd.*

[ If it made Xander odd than it made Jilles odd too, since people-watching was how he's spent the majority of his time here so far.

Xander hasn't caught Jilles' attention, but there is a chance of the opposite; he is slow-moving and frazzled-looking, with his hand nervously held over his mouth, asking vendors in a quiet, gravelly voice if there's anything he can do. ]

*It does indeed catch his attention. Xander turns most of his attention to Jilles, to the extent of following him if he moves too far off even. If not noticed or addressed he'll probably say something soon, but for now he just watches.*

[ After a bit Jilles does get the sense that he's being followed (that was the sort of thing his old job entailed, after all), but the place is hectic enough (and he is busy enough) that he hasn't noticed who was doing it.

He stops to check his phone, also glancing up to look for the person watching him. ]

[ While Jilles is busy scouring through the streets of Secare, Yuki is chilling (no really) at the ice scream shop in Graaf. ]

If you're referring to the flood in Hepatica, I don't think it happens too often. This was the first time something like that happened during my stay here, which is roughly one month now.

As for your second question... I'm sure there's some sort of shop out in Secare that is willing to hire someone.

Yeah, I am. Well, I guess not too often then. How are you coping after a month, if you don't mind me asking?

That's where I am right now, actually. No luck yet.

It's quite all right for me. However, unlike the others, I am currently not trying to escape.

It took me quite a while to find work. I probably visited half the stores of this area before someone was willing to hire me.

I guess that if it's all right for you you wouldn't want to escape. Still, you don't have anyone you miss?

I'll keep at it. It's not like I have much of a choice.
