Oh, thank goodness for leaving out the last category! Neither of them would have been amused.

Once again it has been proved that nothing gets done well when left to a committee and that no one wants to take the rap for even the things that kinda-sorta go right, LOL! Thank you for this bright bit of whimsy. A perfect way to begin the weekend.

And a goblin committee, chaired by Sir Didymus, would probably be even more impractical... Thank you for commenting - I'm glad you enjoyed!

I think we're all grateful that tragic death want an option. A happy ending is always to be preferred

Thank you for your comment! As chairman of the matchmaking committee, Sir Didymus felt that Angst, Melodrama and Grand Tragedy were all well and good, but they were not in keeping with his aims - and so naturally he completely ignored them..

Oh, thank you gift writer!

This was lovely. The P&P touches were perfect, though the goblins have better taste in romantic comedies than I think I would have given them credit for. :) But if Didymus is in charge that makes some sense. No trashy bodice ripping or Ben Stiller humor would make it past his discriminating nose. :)

This was excellent. And tbh, I'd actually forgotten what prompts I'd written, so it was an awesome surprise, too. :)

You're quite welcome! Thank you for such a charming and whimsical prompt. I had a great deal of fun thinking up primary reference sources, trying to envision what Didymus and the goblins would make of them.

Lol, I think Didymus may have read/watched P&P too often for his own good. Thanks for reading!
