Oooh, I love this concept! Harry Dresden, you have a cool new colleague. Great job using the first person, classic private investigator style of writing.

Oh he’s happy enough to appear whenever I call him forth and he at least shows a genuine interest in the cases I’m working on; but he is at heart a manipulator and enjoys playing his own little games. Add to the fact that most of our conversations are invariably riddled with his brazen solicitations.

I love this description of Jareth. It sums him up perfectly for this context.

The little details in this tale, with the cookies and Jareth getting distracted by shiny stuff, are wonderful.

I really have to clean my house now, but I love this so far and will return later to finish it! It'll be my reward for cleaning. This first chapter was meant to be part of that reward, but I failed at self control and read it first. XD

Can totally relate to Sarah's cleaning frenzy, I'm the same when people are coming over.

Love the back-story of her job, makes perfect sense, and the humour is spot-on. Some great lines in here! :)
