. I've beein saying "conch" exactly like it's spelled my whole life, but apparently it's pronounced konk. However you say it, it's delicious - especially conch fritters which are basically fishy little hushpuppies

I think they should mix it up a bit and have her wearing a funny hat on the $5.

It could just be me, but the hat makes me think more of the Queen Mum than Liz. *shrug*

At least you got to eat the conch after you learned how to pronounce it. I only know how to say conch because I caught ten minutes of Top Chef.
