I don't tag people either because, although they are free to disregard it of course, I don't want anyone to feel obligated.

I'm also with you on the chain letters and it really surprises me that even grown adults, who should know better, actually participate in them at times. I never pass on such things as I know that's not why other people trust me or others with their email address. So although I'm not superstitious, I still can't help thinking "gee, thanks for the bad luck!" when other people pass it to me. It's the thought that counts after all.

Yeah, sometimes I answer those email surveys for friends, and I generally send back emails that say, "Send back to the person who sent it to you," but I don't send them on.
