[ A single tremendous figure, in plate clad, his armor gunmetal grey and shorn of insignia waits for him. He is clutching a bolter in one hand,chainsword in the other, and a tremendous motorcycle idling nearby. Come at him, bro. ]

[Two of the creatures from the clumps that are gathered around Caster as if like armor leaps into the air as they notice Garviel. Their mouths open wide as they reveal their shark-like teeth, ready to tear through his armor.]

[ He raises the bolter, one handed, the weapon not even wavering a micron as he opens fire, unleashing mass-reactive death towards the creatures, the coughing sound of the weapon booming out across the town, as he thumbs his chainsword to life, standing his ground for the moment until he has an idea of their durability, and the tactical situation he's gotten himself into. ]

[The creatures fall and discharge into the air red mist. Anyone that breathes directly into the mist would feel that their lungs are burning. Caster smirks as Garviel dispatches the creatures so easily, but from their remnants, another abomination is born and attempts to latch themselves at Garviel.]

[ Loken looks to her after his triumph over the Daemons has driven Caster away, chest heaving, blade soaked in gore. ]

[Around Town]

[...Alright. She has to take a moment to process what she's seeing here. She isn't...really seeing tentacle monsters, is she?

So she's just slumped over her Vespa, bass and her back and staring.]

[Haruko may find a tentacled abomination has separated itself from the group some time ago. It falls down from the top of a building, writhing now in front of her. Gilles turns and notices the girl and the Vespa. He smiles at her.]

Ah, welcome, fair lady! Is that shock I see in your eyes? Hehe... Consume and imbibe all you can in my feast, my lovely guest!

[Haruko just keeps looking at the monster for a minute. She's seen a lot of crazy shit in her life, but tentacle monsters kind of take the cake for her. She's almost tempted to prod it for a moment, to see if it's real, but nuts to that. She's seen enough anime to know where this is going.

Just taking her bass out now and pointing it at the tentacle monster.]

Boom.

[And that'd be her proceeding to fire the miniature rocket launcher hidden in her bass at it.]

[The creature explodes upon contact from Haruko's shot, but Caster doesn't appear to be phased at all. Few seconds after the creature had exploded, from its remains, another rises and lunges at Haruko and her Vespa. While Haruko may have had some tricks of her own, Caster came just as prepared.]

[Bazett has, at this point, started to try to make a camp on Tohsaka's lawn. She doesn't care what the girl inside might think; she is going to protect her ally.]

[She catches sight of the giant thing rampaging a couple of streets down. She wonders if she should try to confront it, but reluctantly admits to herself that she would be no match for it. Besides, her top priority is to protect Tohsaka. Therefore, as long as Tohsaka is secure in her home, Bazett will be staying put on the lawn.]

[She only hopes that the thing will not start heading in this direction.]

[While Caster himself might be a few blocks away, his wandering demons are certainly closer. Tentacled creatures appear from the shadows of the roads and leap towards Bazett with their shark-like fangs ready to slice through her.]

[The first ones to spring at her are knocked away with the pole that she intended to use on the tent. Before the next ones can reach her, she starts running. She cannot let these monsters reach Tohsaka, so she will try to divert their attention.]

[The few that first lunged at Bazett are knocked out of the way, but they're incapable of feeling pain. Although bruised, their wounds quickly regenerate and continue crawling towards Bazett, the nearest source of sustenance available. More leap at her yet again with their gaping maws ready to tear apart her soft skin.]

[So how do they respond to holy magic? 'cause that's what Alice is casting at them. There is a bible floating in front of her as she chants softly.]

[The holy magic burns through the demons that Caster summoned. They're still quite susceptible to being attacked with magic although whether it is holy or not matters little with creatures from a different dimension. However, Caster turns his attention to Alice and he sees the Bible floating in front of her. He recognizes the text and grins. A woman of the Church has come to defeat him.]

Welcome, fair maiden of God! Have you heard a divine voice that told you to come and slay me? It seems that He has decided the time has come for you to burn as well just like all loyal servants!

[The tome bound by human flesh that Caster holds glows with a dim, purple light and the creatures begin to surround Alice now. Few lunge out at her.]
