Hurrah... Language Origins exam is done. Four essays in two hours. I think my hand was about to fall off. I think I did ok, though. Glad to have that shit out of the way. One exam left in Simulating Language- who knows when the hell that will be resheduled for what with the teacher's strike ( Read more... )

Yeah, my dorsal stream kept noticing you shaking the cramp out of your hand (I was sitting next to you, as your readers may not know).

yeah, i think that exam was fortunate enough to "bless" me with carpal-tunnel syndrome. my ventral stream was registering "tilt, tilt, tilt" while undergoing a slow-motion brain drain.

you left Iian's party early, light-weight. ideal for bbq? hrmph. i'm beginning to wonder... :P

Yeah, I was feeling a bit socially overwhelmed by the fact that I didn't really know anyone.

And truthfully, I am not that ideal for barbecues, really. I can't cook and I sunburn pretty easily. I do, however, know some good salad-making algorithms.
