Okay, I totally missed this post, which is why I hadn't commented until now. But Samantha from Victory Auto Collision? Is my arch nemesis. Seriously, yes, I know Lee is a bullshitting asshole who may or may not owe you money, but what would you like me to do about it if he doesn't want to call you back. ARGH.

I'm sorry for not warning you about her in my letter. One time Lee was in the other office with a migraine trying to nap it off, and she actually wanted me to go wake him up so that he could take her call. So I said no and she got all mad. But really, people need to learn that yelling at the secretary will get them absolutely nowhere.

Next time I think you should hang up on her instead. :)

Ok well she's a psycho bitch. After finding out more information about the situation I realized that (as suspected) she had every right to be pissed off at Lee, I was mad on her behalf. It was entirely his fault. But I'll give you the details on msn or (oh look, you just signed on) or in person.

Also, I told him that it wasn't fair for me to be yelled at because he wouldn't return calls and that I won't do it anymore once it gets to that point, so he called her back and talked to her and then told her not to yell at me anymore :)
