Another big fire in Santa Cruz County
...and this one is less than 3 miles from Isaac's house! He's gone home to keep an eye on things and consider what should be packed up if evacuation becomes necessary, and it kills me that I cannot be there with him to help! :(

According to the "CHP Traffic Incident Information Page" (go to http://cad.chp.ca.gov/ and select Monterey area), the CHP were responding to reports of arson along Hwy 1. Of course, yesterday's entries have cycled off the page now, so I can't go back and check the actual report verbage. :)
