Adolescents in Aviation High School and ROTC uniforms were being very rowdy, loud and obnoxious on the train.  I'll own that once or twice in my life I was part of a loud and obnoxious crowd at that age, but one of the older ones, a young woman, said, "You're in uniform," in a very stern voice in an attempt to get the others to realize what picture

Put in a complaint to the commander of the school, telling them what you saw and heard.
