I have found no-salt goat cheese at the Union Square Farmers' Market yesterday. It is from a farm called Lynnhaven in Pine Bush, New York. I tried the cheese today, spread over whole wheat toast with sugar free raspberry preserves, lightly sprinkled with chopped walnuts. Sugar free because I'm watching my sugar intake. I am not diabetic, so far, but have no wish to become so, and I know that on my mother's side I am predisposed to it.
