Two of my Allegheny acquaintances, Gorgeous Ross and Intelligent Emaciated Karl Who Looks Like Aladdin, were both at PowerShift. Karl came back very empowered and eloquent about the whole thing.

Its great you were able to feel empowered but not burdened. Its so easy to feel burdened with this stuff. I feel a great conversation coming on about this for when we get home.
