but i struggle to believe in the fierceness of a hurricane named NORBERT.

When my dad worked for the National Weather Service in the 60/70s, the joke was "Don't piss off the boss, or he'll name the next hurricane after your wife."

If only he'd been given a better name, those tropical storms in the 3rd grade wouldn't have chased him all the way off the atlantic.
