in honor and in horror is probably right, Q is afraid of meat + sweet stuff.

That sounds delightful - I may have to try that. Usually I do pork chops on the stove - what temp and how long in the oven?

Umm, i had started at 350, but they weren't getting very golden, so i turned it up to 425 for a bit toward the end and just guessed. (I'm not really good with time and measurements. I'd probably suggesting using a meat thermometer.)

They were tasty. The mushrooms also came out really well. I overgrilled the asparagus a bit, but live and learn, and it's still tasty!

Ok, I think I have this beat. The smoke alarm went off last night when my husband went to the bathroom! I think it was protesting, it's located right near the bathroom door ^.^
