Please? What are the natural supplements? Because, yeah, same boat here, but I've got the opposite situation, where in I have someone who writes me scripts but no one to talk to. Maybe if we put our heads together we could get some progress made ;-)

they were two drugs, and not so cheap, but they were: phosphatidylserine (100mg) and vinpocetine (5mg) - she suggested looking for Jarrow Co on line - and i did find them reasonably priced through some place when i put that into google. do you take something for ADD right now?

Yeah, Dexadrine - controlled substance that gives me fits when I have to reorder and begin jumping through hoops. I'd say it's not worth it, but I took myself off for a 6 month period to test to see if it was really making a difference or if it was all in my head and there was a definite difference. Frighteningly? There's a difference I can see if I forget to take it in the afternoon, too. They have such a strangle hold on these meds it's really a pain to get them. :-/
