Ugh. Sorry you have to put up with that. I used to put up with some of that when I worked with clients at Legal Services. I had a handful of self-entitled rude clients who thought if we couldn't solve their problems on the spot, we were useless. Just remember you are doing a good service, you are doing the best you can, and sometimes people are just idiots.

Yup, this lady, however, was the biggest idiot- jerk I have encountered as of 2013. lol
