[Sephiroth feels restless, and also aimless. There are few things to occupy his time here so far, at least in a way he finds intriguing.

He investigates to satisfy his curiosity, but without any greater purpose in mind. He does want to return home, but what does he have to return to now? He doesn't know. From what he understands, there's no need for haste.

He travels down the streets, at times as quickly and soundlessly as a SOLDIER can, and times at a usual speed, blending in with the other pedestrians as well as he's able, considering the fact that he is usually a man apart, no matter where he goes. He doesn't quarrel with those who say he's lived here all his life. Why should he? It's a waste of his time and energy.]

[Sephiroth is a military, and he could equip an army, easily. But without Angeal and Genesis, he doesn't really care.]

If you can, I see no reason why you shouldn't.

[He admits that easily and calmly, with no hint of facetiousness.]

[For his part, Sephiroth sees no reason to make himself a general here. He wouldn't say he's necessarily pleased by his independence from Shinra, as he has mixed feelings, but it is a new experience. A new feeling. He feels--strange. He doesn't always understand his motivations here, which is unlike him.]

Perhaps I enjoy the novelty of being without them, for now.

A change of pace, if you like. Later, we will see.
