He had become dependent. How pathetic.
He didn't let the thought bother him too much though as he climbed the stairs to the fourth floor of House #5, his mind buzzing with all the things that he had to discuss with his team. This place was bizarre, strange, a complete anomaly, and yet it was also incredibly exciting. "Their bromance, huh? But yeah... No details on their future would probably be good. Might have to tell them how we know things, though, as unbelievable as I'm sure it'll sound."
The mention of training had her grinning again, though. It had been a while, and while she loved technology, she missed the adrenaline rush that extreme sports and training had to offer. Shaun, of course, had to go and be a spoilsport.

Unfortunately, she seemed to tune out at that point, only really getting 'tree frog' from Shaun's little rant -- probably because she'd heard him snap at Desmond so many times she simply knew when to stop listening. "I like tree frogs. They're pretty. And usually poisonous."
Uncertain whether or not Lucy was actually kidding, she simply shrugged. Mornings didn't really bother her, especially if the promised coffee would be there. "Whatever works."
