I do wonder when someone is going to do a craft version of pulque.
Here's a brew revue for you:
Dogfish Theobroma - it's past it's prime, now it's a dull, light brown ale. No spice. Best drank within three months of bottling/kegging.
Southern Tier Choklat - Vanilla extract flavoring. Seriously. It would be good to made a bread pudding with, as a beer - I won't be repeating a purchase.
I drink these kinds of beer so my non-beerfiend friends don't have too. Quetzie just laughed at me and said I was a fool for drinking this stuff.
You could probably buy a bottle each of Rogue's chocolate stout and chipotle ale. Start by mixing them 4:1 and 3:1. That might be tasty.
