Quetzie says that you can't go wrong with puerco, esp.smoked. I do wonder how it would do with a chocolate mousse,flan or pecan pie. The 10% alcohol content goes well with desserts.

I doubt that this is going to make it to Texas this time due to the TABC's approval hurdles for new beers [$ & time]. Which is the reason I'm going to make some effort to score 2-3 bottles. I start contemplating the plan of attack in June/July. I'll let you know.
