Went back to Karate class again yesterday. My first time in 3 years. It went from 7:40pm to 9:30pm. made me realise how much i suck now LOL. 2 hours of vigorous nonstop workout (+200 kicks per leg and +200 punches per arm with wieghts), mixed with 30 minutes of sparring equals stiff and sore muscles and many a bruises. it was really fun though, if
