Saw first tv ad for the upcoming season yesterday, yeah! I don't even know why, because with the pre-season having been in full swing for weeks now, it really shouldn't, but it didn't really hit home how soon the season is starting before that. Only like couple of weeks left.

Aww, this was fun to read. I totally have a soft spot for the Wild, and I'm so curious to see how things are gonna work out for them this season.

Also, loling at Koivu still being single - most hockey players get married so young! And also, that vid with him being mean to kids is the best :DDD +1million cool points for that. And to think people talked about Toews bumping into a kid accidentally once!

Glad you liked it! I can't really talk about having a soft spot for them anymore, since I seem to have stockholmed my self into a full blown fan mode during the summer, but yeah, really hoping that they'll have a great season as well.

For a single hockey player, Koivu is really old. I mean besides him, the only hockey players not already married with kids at that age are... Avery. He's literally the only one I can think of. :D

I find the difference between peoples reaction to the Toews bump and Koivu's action to be hilarious. I mean no one so much as bats an eyelid, even though Koivu is checking them against the boards, on purpose! I guess when people already think you're crazy weird they'll let you get away with anything.. :D

I'll freely admit to knowing next to nothing about the Wild (sorry Minnesota, I'm sure you're super!) but this was great. The great blonde Finnish romance may have just outstripped PariseSuterWatch2012 as reasons to tune in next season.

So people on twitter were talking about an episode of Becoming Wild that is a day in the life of Mikko. I immediately had to think of this post and then go watch it :D

(He has that picture of him and Granlund in the army in his appartment!!!! And he says he cares about fashion and looking good!!!!!)
