Make it up on the spot. That's what I always do.

I generally do that for minor NPC's, which these are.

However, the characters theoretically know at least another face or two on the base already, and a listing of those people is needed to work that out.

Hence the need for more names and personalities.

I got through about 20 before my brain started going mushy.

Watch a war movie, and rename some of the characters.
