Summary: Jin was interested of only two things; his little sister and getting his job done. He was known in their clan for being the best loan shark known, and not being interested of pretty much anything. And that life suited him good. Everything changed when he met a male whore who changed his world, turning everything upside down.
Our Story
Chapter 1
“Wake up.” Jin heard a gentle girl’s voice, and when he smelled coffee he knew, Haruka was there. He seriously considered taking away her key, she visited way too often, and more importantly, way too early. “Jin, I made you some coffee and toast.” Jin heard her saying so he forced his eyes open, feeling the light right in his face.
Jin half sat up, looking at his sister. “What the fuck are you doing here?” the headache he was going through was not something to be explained with words. Even a whisper sounds like a gun shot. He had to struggle to keep his eyes even half open. All he wanted, was to sleep, and at the moment drink something. His mouth was dry as a dead dingo's donger. Jin could’ve sworn that this drinking, this was so not for him.
“Eh? I came to invite you to the VIP party tonight. I heard everyone’s going.” she smiled, sitting on the edge of Jin’s bed, as her brother was sitting in front of her, hair all messed up, and a blanket covering his lower part, of which Haruka was thankful for because the last thing she needed was seeing her brother naked.
Jin didn’t let his eyes go away from his sister. “You came to invite me to a party at some club?” he needed to make sure she wasn’t bluffing. “I think you’ve mistaken me for someone else.” Jin said, letting his body fall back on the bed, closing his eyes. They just were at some stupid club last night! And he drank way more than he should have, to think what happened with him and that whore. Plus the feelings he had right now, Jin didn’t like them. Put the hangover aside, he felt guilt, and he regretted what happened with him, even though it felt good, at the time.
“I thought so.” she chuckled. “Oh, there was a necklace in your bathroom. I haven’t seen it before so whose is it?” she asked, knowing very well that Jin had 4 necklaces and he rarely wore any of them. He didn’t buy even one of them. One of them was the army plate of his father, one a gift from Haruka, one gift from the guys of his team and one was stolen from Brazil when they were spending Haruka’s 16th birthday at the place Haruka wanted, which was part of Jin’s present that year.
Jin’s eyes flew open. That fucking whore left it on purpose. So that Jin would bring it to him, and they could meet again. He was sure of it. Fuck the whores these days. And what the fuck was he even doing in Jin’s bathroom? “Ugh,” Jin cleared his throat. “I found it last night.” he ended up saying then. “Thought about giving it to Ryo to sell for me.” that’s the best lie he came up with in his state of morning thinking, hangover and actually hard on.
“Can I have it?” she smiled then, and Jin looked at his sister, not actually remembering what the necklace even looked like. As Haruka saw Jin’s confused face, she walked to the bathroom, and some seconds later came back with a silver chain hanging between her fingers. The chain had a plectrum attached to it. The plectrum had the word ‘Fucker’ engraved on it, and under the word there were two guns, crossing over one another. “I think it’s pretty nice.”
“Sure.” Jin said, taking the coffee at last. “I don’t think it’s even worth much anyway.”
“So I’m telling Pi and the guys that you’re not coming?” Haruka took her coat, as she got that she was clearly disturbing Jin’s day off. When she received a lazy nod and a voice that sounded like a groan, she smiled at her brother before leaving the house. Jin just turned in the bed, closing his eyes. Thank God he could just sleep the whole day, tomorrow’s an early morning, though. When Jin was already in half-hibernation, photos of night and stars started to come to his head, he had always loved the sky, and he had always thought that Haruka was a star in his sky. When Jin’s ring tone started buzzing, he was sure that he had done something to make the man upstairs angry, well he is living pretty much in sin. “Hm?” he groaned on the phone, answering it before even checking who was calling.
“I heard a rumour.”
Jin recognized Pi’s voice even when he was only half awake. Jin let out a long breath, and he didn’t have to think twice before he hung up the phone without really answering it. He put the phone on his table and regretted not turning it off a few seconds later, when it rang again. Sighing, Jin took the phone and answered it. “I don’t care.” he said before closing it and placing it back on the table. He should’ve known his friends better, and when Pi was calling for the third time, Jin was ready to throw his phone out the window.
“Just hear me out, man.”
Jin sighed, and turned on his back, looking at his ceiling. “You got 1 minute.” he could hear the long breath his friend was taking on the other side of the phone, which could mean only one thing; this phone call was going to take more than one minute.
“Haruka-chan called me and told that you’re not coming tonight? That’s not acceptable. There’s going to be lot of cool people, and hot for that matter! We’ll get wasted and sleep with people we’ll never meet again. Besides, don’t you want to make sure no one’s doing anything bad to Haruka-chan, eh? I might just pimp her up with some ugly and very hairy guy. You wouldn’t want that, now would you? Also-”
“You’re time’s up.” Jin said before he closed the phone, and now made sure he put it on vibrate and even bothered to get up for few seconds to take the phone to the kitchen, so even if it rang, Jin wouldn’t hear it, feel it or fucking see it. Jin stopped for a while, scratched his stomach, and looked around. The place had no big signs of having two men all over each other some hours ago. Jin took his boxers and put them on before sitting back on his bed. When he heard a knock on his door, he was ready to take his gun, and shoot whoever the fuck it was at his door. Jin suspected Pi or Koki perhaps. It couldn’t be Ryo because most probably Ryo was asleep at some chick’s place. That’s why Jin wanted to ignore the visitor, but when the knock came again, Jin just walked past the door, heading to the kitchen yelling ‘Go away’ to whomever it was. When the silence finally came, Jin was ready to start believing in god again, but then the knock was back. Jin assumed that it was some of his neighbours or something, so he decided to open the door, but when he opened it, the urge to close it right away hit him. “And what the fuck do you think you’re doing here?”
There standing at the door, was the very same whore Jin had lost his male virginity to last night. He had changed his clothes, but his hair was just as messy as it was after they’ve done it. And Jin had to wonder how the hell he remembered how the dude’s hair looked like. “I left my necklace here, so I came to get it.”
Jin pulled the man in fast and closed the door after him. “What if someone saw you here? How the fuck do you think I’d explain that, huh?!” Jin leaned closer, close enough to seem more threatening, but it didn’t seem to work on the whore.
“I just came to get my necklace, what’s the big deal?”
Jin pushed the smaller and most probably younger one against the wall. “The big deal is, that if someone sees you here, or hears about last night anyhow,” Jin grabbed the man’s collar. “They’re going to cut my head.”
“So just give me my necklace and I’ll be on my way.”
Jin looked away, letting go of Kazuya. “Don’thaveit.” how the hell is he going to explain this? It was clearly important enough for Kazuya to come back for it, so it seems that he hadn’t left it on purpose, huh? Accident? And Jin gave it to Haruka. Shit, how was he going to fix this shit?
“What? I can’t hear you murmuring. Ever heard of the word articulation?”
Jin turned to face Kazuya hitting his hand next to Kazuya’s ear, leaning on the wall. “I don’t have it, okay?!” If he just makes the guy scared, he’ll leave and never come back.
“You don’t have it?!” Kazuya leaned closer, and it seemed that Jin’s trying to be scary act didn’t work on the smaller one for some reason, Jin actually wanted to know. It was actually the other way around. Not that he was scared of the whore, it was more like having himself to be explained to him, and Jin didn’t have to answer to anyone.
“My sister found it, and she wanted it so-”
“So you just what? Gave it to her?!” Kazuya leaned even closer, making Jin need to focus on his balance. Jin had his palm against the wall which made it a lot easier. And even if this whore was between him and wall, and Jin was going with his act he used at work sometimes, he just attacked back.
“Well,” Jin was still facing Kazuya, but his eyes runaway from the eye contact. “Yeah.”
“I can’t believe you! I got that from-” Jin looked the younger one, and if he didn’t knew better, he’d say the smaller one was about to cry. There were only inches between their faces, their lips. And Jin found himself fighting back the urge to lean in. “You know what?” Kazuya said then. “None of your business where I got it from.” Jin noticed him getting some kind of an idea, and Jin wasn’t sure if he wanted to know what. “I think you can pay back the necklace. I could use some money anyway. And I really enjoyed yesterday.” when a smirk formed on his face, Jin leaned a bit back, to bite his lip as he started to realize what the whore meant by that. Kazuya’s hand slid down Jin’s back to curve around his ass, fingers splayed and when his middle finger dipped between Jin’s cheeks, Jin managed not to tense up. Jin pressed their foreheads together, closing his eyes, knowing how wrong this was, and now he couldn’t even blame the alcohol for it.
Jin could feel Kazuya’s breath on his lips, and he had to admit that he wasn’t expecting this, but when Kazuya pressed their lips together, Jin’s hand worked on it’s own, sliding through Kazuya’s hair. Jin pulled the man even closer, if that was anyhow possible. Suddenly Jin felt it. He couldn’t do this, not like this, not with a whore, not with a man. It was disgusting. He broke the kiss, breathing hard against Kazuya’s lips. “No.”
“No?” Kazuya leaned a bit back to take a proper look at the man. Somebody was saying ‘no’ to him? “You sure?” he said then, letting his finger dipping deeper. A moan was pulled out of Jin, but he stayed strong.
“Yesterday was a mistake. I was drunk, and I don’t usually drink.”
“Is that so?” Kazuya looked at Jin. “Are you planning to just give me the compensation for free then? The necklace, I mean.”
“Hey, I wasn’t the one who lost it! It wasn’t my responsibility! I’m not the whore who basically robbed a man, using him when he was way too drunk to think for himself!” Jin noticed when he said the word ‘whore’ something changed in Kazuya’s eyes.
“I can’t believe it, you- I thought you were,” he licked his lips and took a deep breath. “Different.”
“Huh?” Jin couldn’t really believe that this was happening. Was a whore opening to him?
“It had been so long, that somebody hasn’t judged me, thought of me as a dirty slut. You- yesterday, I,” Kazuya took a deep breath to calm himself. “I can’t believe I’m even saying this, but I’m sort of disappointed.” he made a small chuckle. “Now if you’ll excuse me,” Kazuya said then, throwing away even the small emotions he was showing just now. “I have a big VIP party to attend to, with people you may know.” he made a small smirk, making Jin step away from him. Jin showed his back to the whore, knowing he meant the same party Haruka invited him to earlier, the same party that Pi tried to threaten him into. “It seems some girl called Ayase or something wants me there, so I may get lucky tonight.” he said then, turning away.
“You’re not banging Haruka.” Jin said with a calm tone, but turned to face Kazuya anyway.
“Oh,” Kazuya walked a bit closer to Jin. “Do I smell jealousy here?” he leaned a bit closer, letting his fingers walk on Jin’s bare chest.
Jin pushed the fingers away, grabbing Kazuya’s collar. “You will not have sex with her, she wouldn’t.”
“Girlfriend? That’s a complicated relationship you got there buddy.” Kazuya’s smirk got bigger and bigger.
“She’s my sister!” Jin snapped, and pushed Kazuya against the wall. “You won’t touch her, do I make myself clear?” Kazuya seemed actually a bit scared at the moment. Maybe he got a bit hurt with the push? Never mind what Jin said or did, when Kazuya walked closer to him, Jin walked to the halfway, making Kazuya take a few steps back. “If I hear from anywhere or anyone that you’ve laid one finger on her,” Jin lifted his finger up, as Kazuya had to stop when the wall hit his back again. “I’m going to burn you,” he said, leaning dangerously close again. “I’m going to burn the heart out of you.” Jin could swear he saw tears in Kazuya’s eyes. He was scared, but didn’t show it, and fought back to show any other feelings. Maybe he thinks that if he shows Jin he’s scared, Jin would feel the power and control over him the way Jin wanted?
“I have been reliably informed that I don’t have one.” Kazuya answered then, turning away from Jin and leaving the house, actually hoping it would be for good.
--
The next time, Jin woke up his phone buzzing again. He looked at the clock and he had to give it a second look when he noticed it was 2am. He’d slept the whole day? The whole freaking day? When he noticed the caller was Haruka, he had a bad feeling something had happened. And he was right.
“Pick me up~”
Jin sighed. “How much you drank?”
“Don’t touch me.” Jin could hear her saying, and that was enough for Jin to get up, search for his clothes, and leave. When he was putting on his jeans he heard Haruka talking again. “Brother, help me.” she was sobbing. And that was enough for Jin to hang up, and start running.
When he reached the club, Jin searched for Haruka with his eyes, and walked past the counter. When he heard a voice he the most definitely did not want to hear, not tonight, he turned away so he wouldn’t have to face the whore, but when he heard the words ‘I love you’ he couldn’t help himself. The curiosity hit him.
“Kazuya-kun,” a drunken woman, in her early forties, wearing something Jin could call pretty much a curtain leaned closer to the whore who seemed to be on his own thoughts, and Jin couldn’t help but to wonder why. The woman was swaying next to Kazuya. “Did you hear what I just said?”
Kazuya let their eyes meet. “What? I’m sorry, I’m a bit tired.” Kazuya smiled sweetly at the woman, and that’s when Jin realized he had no idea what the man was really like. He put out an act thinking of what the other would like. In his case, a horny, a bit sarcastic bastard, and to a woman, who needs love, he was a sweet gentleman?
“Please date me. I- I love you.”
Kazuya didn’t even blink his eyes. “I’m going to be honest now, okay? Let’s say I will date you. We’d fall in love, get a house, maybe have a few kids. After awhile, you’d make me choose between my work and you because you will get jealous. I will choose my work and we’ll break up, and be all sad and depressed. In the end, the time was wasted so no, I will not date you.” Jin heard Kazuya saying. “Oh, you’re time is up.” He smiled, but to Jin it seemed like a smirk, no matter how you looked at it. After all, Kazuya was that sarcastic bastard.
“Can I at least have your phone number, or wait- here’s mine-” she started searching for paper.
Kazuya leaned closer to her, letting his hand rest on her shoulder, making their faces only inches apart. “If it's meant to be, I'll guess it.”
“Oh, got your eyes on Kamenashi-kun?”
Jin turned around fast to see a rather old man in a suit. “Excuse me?”
“The man you’re checking out is my property, until he’s paid off at least.” he laughed. Jin didn’t know what it was, but the man gave him chills.
“Who’s that whore anyway?”
“Oh, Kamenashi-san? He’s one of our best, gets asked on every party he attends, but he has this huge protocol to not make regular customers. He doesn’t care which gender, or what age, but he won’t have anyone twice. He’s one of those avoid-to-get-involved sort of people.” Jin made a small laugh as he thought it was a joke. When the man looked back at him with serious eyes, Jin shut up. He had already been sexually with him once and the whore was the one trying for a second time, that doesn’t sound only one time thing for Jin.
Jin forgets all about Kazuya on the second he sees Haruka sitting on a chair, half asleep, swaying a bit and two guys talking to her, smirking, asking her to come with them. The blood started boiling through his veins, wanting to get out, only Jin knew, it wasn’t him who was going to bleed out tonight. He walked closer, not even understanding how scary he may have appeared because the second he was two feet away from the guys, they looked at Jin and started to back off. “You.” Jin grabbed the other one’s collar. He didn’t bother to continue his sentence before focusing all his anger on his fist, and soon the fist landed on the guy’s face. With only one hit, the guy was down, and when the other one helped him up, they ran for their life. Jin sighed, looking at his sister. It seems that all he said yesterday went in the other ear and out straight from the other. “Let’s go.” he said, turning around and squatting in front of Haruka, placing her arms around his shoulders, pulling her on his back. When he stood up, he wrapped his arms around Haruka’s legs, and left the club. He was going to kick Pi’s ass for not taking care of her. When Jin reached his car, he opened one door, placing Haruka to sit in the front. When he closed the door, he sighed. Why does he have to do this? Well sure, maybe he should’ve gone to the stupid party and look after her, he knows he will from now on. Or just simply forbid Haruka to go anywhere near any club. But to pick her up in this state? She clearly can’t take care of herself. Not that Jin meant he could. It was obvious he made a huge mistake drinking last night too. Right before Jin was about to open the door of the driver’s side, he heard the voice again. He sighed, thinking this cannot be happening to him. He turned to see the whore, smoking and arguing with two men, both had a face he had never seen.
Kazuya seemed to be refusing something. Maybe they were old customers and wanted more, and Kazuya is refusing? Jin didn’t even want to know what they’ve done, the three of them. Jin turned back to the car and opened the door while he heard the sound of punching. When he turned again, he saw the whore laying on the ground and the two men, walking to him, pulling him up, and hitting him again. So perhaps it wasn’t about sex. Again, Jin just turned back to his car and opened the door enough to slip in. This wasn’t his problem, he shouldn’t get involved. When Jin was about to start the engine, he looked at the men beating the whore who wasn’t able to defend himself at all. He gave a quick glance at Haruka who had passed out fully on her seat. With a final sigh, Jin got out of the car and started walking closer to them. “Hey, you!” Jin pulled the other man from his hoodie, turning him around, before hitting him to the ground. “Two against one, huh?” he said, stepping between the men and Kazuya who was still lying on the ground. “Why don’t you try me?” he said, and when the men started laughing, Jin didn’t know what to think.
“Saving your boyfriend?” the other one said, and Jin felt the blood starting to boil again. He decided the sooner they get this over with, the sooner he can go back home. He pulled out a knife from his boot, walking closer to the man, and before he had the time to step back, Jin pulled him closer, turned him around, placing the knife on his neck.
“I’m going to turn to help my brother up. Meanwhile I suggest you to run because when I turn back, if I see you, there will be only one finger found from your bodies.” Jin said with an ice cold tone before pushing the man away. He turned to Kazuya, sighing. “You’re really a case.”
“I,”
Jin squatted in front of him, putting the knife back to where he pulled it from. He gave a quick glance behind him, seeing the men running already pretty far away. They were faster than Jin expected, he had to give them that. “You okay?” he said after turning back to Kazuya.
When Kazuya wasn’t able to really say anything, Jin made a small smirk. “I guess this pays for the necklace, hm?” he said, reaching his hand for Kazuya to grab it and when he did, Jin pulled him up. “Does it hurt?” he asked then, not really sounding like he cared, but Kazuya’s lip was bleeding pretty badly.
“No.”
Jin looked at the lip awhile, before gripping the man’s shirt, pulling him along. “I’ll clean it up for you.” he said then. It wasn’t like him, to help people like this, and definitely not to treat their wounds. He didn’t know why, or even what it was, but he felt like this man was close to him, like a friend, nothing closer.
The whole drive was silent. When Jin pulled to the yard, Kazuya looked around. “You don’t live here?” he noticed.
“She does.” Jin said then, getting up of the car. “I’m not leaving you with my car. It’s more expensive than you for a year, so get up. You’re waiting outside.” he said, closing the door behind him, walking to Haruka’s side. He knew it sounded mean, but he didn’t really care. He had the right to be mean to him, he just saved his sorry ass. Jin didn’t bother to check if he seemed upset about Jin’s comment, because he was too busy, moving Haruka onto his back. When Jin heard a gentle snore, he had to wonder where she got that from because when they were kids, she never snored. “Be back in a minute.” he said then, not even looking at the smaller one, and Jin had to wonder, why he felt suddenly so annoyed of the fact he just saved the whore. Jin puts Haruka down on her bed, and covered her with a blanket. He saw the new necklace dropping on the mattress, hanging from her neck. He looked at it awhile. Should he take it, and sell it after all?
Part 2
