I've finished my necklace & earring set for my mother-in-law, and the more I look at it, the more I am convinced she will hate it. The colors would look fabulous on her (I'll have to get a picture to post), but it doesn't seem like her style at all - too chunky (it is chain maille). I've got to work today, and the majority of my beading supplies

FWIW, I have that problem with nearly everything I do. I'm convinced they'll love it for some period of time and then suddenly, as we get close to actually giving it to them, it's like a switch flip and I know for certain they'll hate it and won't understand why I thought it was a good idea.
